If one can not answer a specific question the whole team can assist if need be. It was well worth going all the way to Colchester just see what you have and to come away with a brand new first bike. I was trained by Nathan who was very professional and easily approachable. I am a novice when it comes to bikes but the service I received from both members of staff made me feel very welcome. I turned up to this introductory course having never ridden a bike in rainy conditions, this made me a little apprehensive however, the way in which the training was conducted quickly instilled confidence in me and I felt completely safe whilst taking part in this training course which I completed.
