Loyalty Card Scheme

Our Loyalty Scheme is all about helping you get more out of your visit to our showroom. When you register with Colchester Kawasaki, you will be given a Loyalty Card entitling you to 15% discount off any purchase from our clothing and accessories department.

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

• The Colchester Kawasaki loyalty scheme is managed and promoted by Colchester Kawasaki (“CK” or “We”).The scheme is valid in the Colchester Kawasaki showroom. It is not valid with any other company or website.
• The Loyalty Card discount is only applicable to full priced items from our clothing and accessories department. The discount does not apply to genuine manufacturer clothing or helmets, parts or accessories, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The discounted amount is not redeemable for cash.
• The discount allowed through the scheme is personal to the CK customer in whose name the card is registered. It cannot be transferred to any other person or account. Nor can it be sold, or traded in any way.
• The scheme is only intended for personal use. The discount is not applicable to trade or business buyers.
• In administering the scheme Colchester Kawasaki will be processing your personal details. Please see our Privacy and Data Protection Policy in order to understand how we do this and your rights.
• We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to end the scheme or decline to issue any membership to the scheme.
• We can take any action we believe to be appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Loyalty Card scheme, including refusing to offer the discount.
• We may modify the terms of the scheme in any way that we choose at any time. Changes to the terms will not affect any discount that you have already received. These terms are valid from 1st January 2013.
