Colchester Kawasaki are looking to recruit a Motorcycle Technician to support our state-of-the-art workshop, to conduct servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and pre-delivery inspections.
Colchester Kawasaki is part of the Global Moto Group, with dealerships including Clay Cross Kawasaki, Global Moto Coventry and Motorcycles Direct. In addition to Kawasaki, we house brands such as Aprilia, Vespa, BSA, Moto Guzzi and many more!
As a Motorcycle Technician your responsibilities will include:
-Service and repair a wide range of motorcycles.
-Conduct vehicle health checks.
-Diagnose and identity faults.
-Complete pre-delivery inspections and used bike preparation.
-Adhere to manufacturer guidance and keep up to date with the relevant technical information.

Measures of Success
In the first few months you would have:
-Built great relationships with the Colchester Kawasaki team.
-Develop an understanding of Global Moto, our brands, and the future direction of the business.
-Become familiar with the Kawasaki brand, models and service/maintenance procedures.
What You Will Need
The ideal candidate will:
-Be proactive, hardworking and resourceful.
-Have previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician, at a manufacturer approved dealership.
-Have great attention to detail as well as the ability to work accurately and independently.
-Be clean, tidy and well organised.
-Basic understanding of motorcycle brands and models.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Possess a full UK Car and Motorcycle Licence.
-MOT class 1 & 2 an advantage

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
